Authorised Crescent Academy personnel may use the system for approved school administration, learner management, fees, payroll, assets, reporting and related school operations, subject to their assigned access permissions.

The Crescent Academy Management System, including its original source code, interface, database structure, workflows, reports, forms and documentation, is proprietary to Crescent Academy. Copyright protection applies to the present system and to subsequent updates, improvements, modules and revised versions created for Crescent Academy.
Restricted use
Copying, modifying, publishing, distributing, sublicensing, reselling or commercially exploiting the system or a substantial part of it without written permission from Crescent Academy is prohibited.
Future changes
Copyright does not prevent Crescent Academy from changing the system. New features, corrections, layouts and integrations may continue to be developed and published as later protected versions.
School information
Learner, parent, employee and financial information remains confidential and may be accessed only for authorised school purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Third-party materials
Third-party and open-source software components, where used, remain subject to their respective licences and ownership terms. Crescent Academy's copyright notice applies to the Academy's original system materials and does not replace those third-party licences.
